a. MCS is the Project Director & License Custodian for the City and Guilds of UK first state-owned approved Technical College in Lagos, Nigeria. This project is in partnership with the Lagos State Technical Vocational Education Board (LASTVEB) through the Government Technical College, Ikorodu (GTCI) Lagos. This is the first of approval series as the other four state-technical colleges are to follow suit shortly.

i. Federal Government/Private Sector Partnership on Technical & Vocational Education –TVE Committee: Member of the Committee and Chairman Skills & Training Sub-Committee

Ondo State Government: MCS is also in working partnership with the Ondo State Ministry of Adult, Technical and Vocational Education (MATVE) for the streamlining and alignment of the state-owned Technical colleges and vocational centres. These colleges are currently been prepared for the City and Guilds and other international certifications.

Renovation and Remodeling of an existing building into a Boutique 18bedroom

6. MMA2 Airport Terminal Ikeja:
Members of the Project Team for the postconstruction (takeoff) phase of the project. MMA2 is the state of the art domestic & regional airport terminal in Lagos Nigeria.
7. Lagos - Ibadan Highway PPP Concession:
Members of the Project Team that developed the Technical & Financial Project Proposal submitted to the Federal Ministry of Transportation, Abuja.
8. Sellwyn Gardens, Alma Beach Estates Lekki, Lagos:
An Infrastructure Development project for the entire Alma Beach Estate located at the 2nd roundabout of the Lekki-Epe expressway. The land site covers a massive area of 106hectares. It is bounded on the Westside by the expressway and sprawls to the beach of the lagoon on the east.
9. Waterfalls Court, Sellwyn Gardens Lekki, Lagos:
A luxurious residential dwelling comprising 8 condominium towers, independent water and power plant, club house with facilities for swimming, tennis, squash and banquet halls. It is the first phase of the Alma Beach Estates development and it covers an area of 52,000sqm.
10. Leckhampton Gardens, Bourdillon Ikoyi, Lagos:
A mixed-use development comprising hotel, retail and managed residential luxury apartments. The site is approximately 25,000sqm prime property located in the heart of Ikoyi. Project Cost: $67 million
11. Boutique Hotels, Port Harcourt:
Project Managers for remodeling and expansion of existing structure to a 70-Bedroom Hotel & Suites plus adjoining duplex health & fitness spa facility.
